OVERVOLT - Third-Party Notices

OVERVOLT is built with the following open-source components. Their licenses apply only
to those components. Full license texts are available from each project's repository.

BUNDLED / LINKED (compiled into OVERVOLT.exe):
  - go-webview2  (github.com/jchv/go-webview2)      MIT License
      Hosts the OVERVOLT dashboard in its own native window.
  - go-winloader (github.com/jchv/go-winloader)     MIT License   (dependency of above)
  - golang.org/x/sys                                BSD 3-Clause License
  - Go standard library + toolchain                 BSD 3-Clause License (The Go Authors)

USED AT RUNTIME, NOT BUNDLED:
  - Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime - provided by Microsoft under its own terms;
    OVERVOLT uses the runtime already present on Windows and does not redistribute it.

SEPARATE TOOLS (NOT bundled by default - OVERVOLT only detects/launches them or links to
their official download pages; each is owned by its authors under its own license):
  - RyzenAdj (github.com/FlyGoat/RyzenAdj) + WinRing0 - optional AMD undervolt, only if
    YOU choose to install them. WinRing0 is a third-party kernel driver.
  - Special K / SKIF, MSI Afterburner + RTSS, Intel XTU, AMD Ryzen Master,
    ASUS Armoury Crate, FanControl, ThrottleStop, Universal x86 Tuning Utility,
    DLSS Swapper, LOOT, Vortex.
