OVERVOLT is provided FREE OF CHARGE. By installing or using it you agree to the
OVERVOLT End User License Agreement (full text in OVERVOLT-EULA.md). Key terms:

LICENSE
  You may install and use OVERVOLT for personal or internal business use on computers
  you own or control. OVERVOLT is licensed, not sold. All rights not granted are
  reserved by Boit Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

WHAT IT DOES (your informed consent)
  OVERVOLT changes reversible Windows settings (power plan, Game Mode, system timer),
  can raise a game's priority, and during "boost" modes can CLOSE background apps and
  STOP selected Windows services that YOU choose (they can be reopened/restarted).
  It can OPTIONALLY load a third-party kernel driver (WinRing0, via RyzenAdj) for AMD
  undervolt only if you install it. SAVE YOUR WORK before using boost features.

NO WARRANTY
  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  CPU/GPU tuning and undervolting carry inherent risk, including system instability and,
  in extreme cases, hardware damage. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boit Technologies is not liable for any
  damages (including lost data, profits, or hardware) arising from use of the Software.
  Because it is free, total aggregate liability is limited to USD $0. Nothing here
  limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

PRIVACY
  OVERVOLT collects no personal data and transmits nothing off your device.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
  See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Tools OVERVOLT can detect, launch, or help you obtain
  (RyzenAdj, Special K, MSI Afterburner, Intel XTU, etc.) are separate products under
  their own licenses.
